Mindfulness for teenagers

As a teenager you experience a lot of new experiences and challenges. Changes in the world around you become more demanding, heavy swings in your emotions, the search for yourself, for what you find important and making choices …! Mindfulness gives you insight, peace and strength in the middle of it all.

During this 2-day course you will be immersed in the world of mindfulness. There is also attention to the wisdom and message of Thich Nhat Hanh, the mud and the lotus and the practical applications for the difficult moments in your life.
